Certificates available upon request
Certificates are available upon request. Buyers who need certificate documents for a specific order, a tender file or an internal approval should ask for them in the inquiry, naming the product family the documents must cover, so the reply attaches the right documents to the right listing rather than sending a general bundle.
Systems the company website states
The company website states that its products have passed the ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 systems and CE certification. Buyers should treat those names as system names, not as a promise about any single unit: for an approval file, request the documents themselves with the inquiry, naming the model and configuration they must cover, and file the documents that arrive with the reply.
How buyers usually handle certification in an order
In practice, certification enters a drive order as a document check that runs beside the technical check: the buyer confirms the listed model, confirms the configuration, and confirms that the documents supplied match both. Keeping those three confirmations in the same email thread is a small discipline that prevents the most common paperwork fault in export orders, where the documents in the file belong to a different model from the units in the crate.
Confirm before you order
Please ask for the certificate documents with your first inquiry if your approval process needs them, not after the order is placed.
Please confirm the minimum order quantity and delivery time before ordering. Please confirm delivery time, packing and delivery terms before payment. Please send the motor details, the load details and the site conditions with your inquiry, so the reply can be checked against your machine rather than against a general description.
